DC-950 (Formerly PL-900) - Fiber-Lite 150 Watt Quartz Halogen DC Stabilized Fiber Optic Illuminator 

The new DC-950 150 watt DC regulated illuminator delivers big performance at a small price. It is the only DC regulated illuminator of its kind to be UL and CE agency approved. Unlike other illuminators which are built for general use, the DC-950 was designed specifically with you, the machine vision integrator, in mind. The DC-950 features fast lamp response and a 0-5 VDC analog remote intensity control interface with linear voltage adjustment. It's small size allows it to fit the tightest spaces, and the easy-access front panel lets you make lamp changes fast.  Other features include:

• Analog or digital remote interfaces available

• Iris, filtering, and shutter capabilities

The MI-150 is a 150 Watt quartz halogen illuminator designed with a sleek plastic housing for a modern look and a cool temperature. The lamp can deliver nearly 40,000 foot candles of high-intensity, cold illumination, with minimal housing vibration or noise. Best of all, the MI-150 mates easily with Dolan-Jenner's standard ringlight and self-supporting gooseneck light guides, without the use of adapters. Also available is an optional internal IR & color filter holder.  Because it is designed specifically for laboratory use, the MI-150 has convenient features such as a low-profile top handle and side door for easy lamp replacement. The MI-150 is UL listed, as well as CSA and CE approved.  The MI-150 is available with an "A" style nosepiece.

Model 181-1

The Model 180 is a 150 Watt quartz halogen illuminator that can deliver upwards of 40,000 foot-candles of high intensity, cold illumination. It was specifically designed to be durable with the lowest possible audible noise and vibration levels typically required in most machine vision applications. The unit is compatible with all of the Fiber-Lite® standard and custom fiber optic light guides.

The Model 170-D is a high intensity, 150 Watt, quartz halogen illuminator packaged in a compact housing. Like the Model 180, it is capable of delivering 40,000 foot-candles of intense, cold illumination. This unit is ideal for OEM applications where small size is an important consideration and minimal vibration will not present a problem. The unit is compatible with all of the Fiber-Lite® standard and custom fiber optic light guides.

Model 190-1

The Model 190 is a 30 Watt, quartz halogen illuminator capable of delivering over 10,000 foot-candles of intense, cold illumination. The unit features a rugged, convection-cooled enclosure which results in no noise, vibration or particle generation. important in semiconductor and other machine vision applications. The 4-position, solid-state light intensity switch allows the selection of appropriate light levels and significantly increases lamp life at lower settings. The rugged Model 190 enclosure with hard mounting capability makes this source ideal for industrial applications.

Model 3100-A37P

The Model 3100 is a light weight and compact 30 Watt, quartz halogen illuminator with a remote plug in the wall transformer. The unit uses an EKZ lamp, which delivers upwards of 10,000 foot-candles of intense, cold illumination. The 3100 has a standard Dolan-Jenner nosepiece which allows the interface of all the Fiber-Lite® standard and custom fiber optic light guides. A four position, solid state intensity control is provided for precise light level settings. This model is typically used for co-axial illumination in microscopy and machine vision applications.
