CFMI, Model 9

The Model 9 is the world's leading laboratory grade circular fluorescent microscope light. It provides bright, cool light wherever you need it. The circular configuration provides 360° of uniform, shadowless light on the subject. Each illuminator is supplied with an adapter. There are adapters available for virtually any microscope, camera, or custom applications. ESD safe models are available. The CFMI has specially designed lamps to give maximum light output for over 7000 hours. This design provides better worker productivity. White lamps are available in various color temperatures. We also offer black light blue (UV) and yellow lamps. A polarizer kit is available to control the intensity of the transmitted light for applications requiring the illumination of reflective materials.

The CFMI is ideally suited for applications requiring bright, shadow-free, glare-free illumination such as biological analysis, inspection, and microscopy.

The Model 10 is the same patented design as the Model 9 CFMI, but it operates at over 25 kHz to provide flicker-free illumination. This unit offers 360° of uniform, shadowless light. The custom designed electronic ballast provides flicker-free illumination and high reliability.

Each illuminator is supplied with an adapter. There are adapters available for virtually any microscope, camera, or custom applications. White lamps are available in various color temperatures. It is also offered with black light blue (UV) and yellow lamps. A polarizer kit is available to control the intensity of the transmitted light for applications requiring the illumination of shiny materials. ESD safe models are available.

The Model 10 is ideally suited for frame grabbing, imaging, video capture, CCTV, inspection, assembly, and machine vision applications.

The Steady Light, Model 13+, is a laboratory grade fluorescent lighting system that provides variable intensity control using a high frequency driver. This unit provides bright, flicker-free illumination for all application needs, including inspection, imaging, closed circuit TV, microscopy, and machine vision. The circular configuration provides 360º of uniform, shadowless light on the subject.

Each illuminator is supplied with an adapter to fit virtually any microscope or camera type. ESD safe models are available. The Steady Light driver runs at high frequency (90kHz) and has a dimming range of 100% to 10%. The lighting is flicker-free even under maximum dimming! There are removable rubber feet on the driver for mounting. An optional remote access kit is available that allows the user to remotely mount the intensity control for custom installations.

The Model 13+ is an ideal alternative to fiber optic illuminators where long lamp life is a requirement for non-stop illumination.

The linear light series can also be purchased with the variable intensity driver.

The Superlight, Model 18, is Stocker & Yale's most powerful fluorescent illuminator. It consists of two circular lamps each operating at high frequencies (above 25 kHz). Individual switches allow for independent lamp control depending on your application. White lamps are available in various color temperatures. The small lamp can be interchanged with a yellow or black light blue (UV) lamp; the large lamp can be interchanged with a black light blue (UV) lamp for alternate illumination requirements.

The unit is supplied with a 7.5' (228.6cm) cord assembly, which allows the control box to be remotely mounted away from the light source. Versatile adapters allow for mounting on virtually all microscopes and cameras. A polarizer kit is available to control the intensity of the transmitted light for applications requiring the illumination of reflective materials. ESD safe models are available.

The Superlight is ideal for any application requiring intense, flicker-free illumination with flexible mounting options.

Light Tables - Model SYLT100 & SYLT200

This versatile light table offers crisp white, uniform, flicker-free, cool lighting across a broad viewing screen. It is ideal for film and paper inspection, frame grabbing, sample spot checking, and backlighting. With a height of only 1.06 inches (26.9mm) the light table can be positioned in tight spaces, such as a conveyor or assembly line. The cover can be opened or removed depending on specific requirements.

The unit used two F8T5 Deluxe Daylight fluorescent lamps in conjunction with a high frequency electronic ballast. This lightweight table has a detachable desktop stand that allows for versatile mounting: 1) flat on a table top surface, 2) vertical or horizontal on the angular stand, 3) as a wall mount (hardware included). There is a 6 foot cord for remote positioning.

Light Panels - Slim-Line Series

The Slim-Line™ Series Fluorescent Light Panels are versatile back-light panels that provide extremely uniform, flicker-free illumination across the viewing screen. They are an ideal solution where uniform back-lighting is required especially in machine vision applications. They are also designed to suit a variety of applications including film and paper examination, frame grabbing, and product sample inspection. The small package size of the units also makes them ideal for use in presentations and applications requiring portable back-lighting.

The Slim-Line™ Series Fluorescent Light Panels utilize cold cathode fluorescent lamp technology. This permits the light panels to be powered by low power sources including batteries for portable use on the CL5000P light panel.  This technology maximizes the system efficacy (lumens per watt). They use 10,000 hour long-life cold cathode cool-white fluorescent lamps to uniformly illuminate the viewing screen. The lamps are driven with high frequency electronic ballasts to provide flicker-free illumination of the specimen.
